Who we are

What we collect

When you order	Name, email, phone, and shipping address
When you create an account	Name, email, and a password we store encrypted
When you apply as a dealer	Your business name, on top of the above
When you write to us	Whatever you put in the message
Automatically	A session cookie so your cart survives between pages

What we do not collect

Your card number never touches our server. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. We only receive a confirmation that the payment went through, plus the last four digits and the card brand so we can identify the transaction. We cannot see or store the full number, the expiration date or the security code.

Why we keep it

• To process your order, ship it, and tell you when it moves.
• To answer you when you ask about an order.
• To handle returns, warranties and refunds.
• To keep the business records we are legally required to keep.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them. The only automatic emails we send are the ones about your own order and your dealer application.

Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the store, and only what each one needs:

Stripe	Processes payments. Gets your name, email and billing address. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Resend	Delivers our emails. Gets your email address and the content of the order email.
Hostinger	Hosts the site and the database.
Shipping carriers	Get your name, address and phone so they can deliver.
Affirm / Afterpay	Only if you choose to finance. They run their own approval and have their own privacy policy.

We never sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We only hand it over to authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses one cookie: the PHP session that keeps your cart and your login working while you browse. It expires when you close the browser or after a period of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, pixels, or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Order records stay as long as the law requires for business and tax records — generally seven years in Massachusetts. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Messages from the contact form are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted.

Your rights

Write to Emdaudiollc@gmail.com and you can:

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Have it corrected if it is wrong.
• Have your account deleted. Orders already placed stay in our records, because we are required to keep them.
• Ask us to stop emailing you anything beyond order confirmations.

We answer within 30 days.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child gave us information, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Payment data does not reach our server at all. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
