How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email Emdaudiollc@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return.
2. We reply with a return authorization and the address to ship it to. Do not ship anything back before you get that authorization — we cannot track packages that arrive unannounced.
3. Pack it back in the same shipping box we sent it in, with everything it came with: manuals, hardware, grilles, wiring and the manufacturer box. Keep that shipping box until you are sure you are keeping the product — without it we cannot accept the return.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, the refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually posts within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What we accept

Time limit	10 days from the delivery date
Condition	Complete and resellable. You may open it.
Packaging	Must be returned in the same shipping box it arrived in
Restocking fee	15% on opened products
Return shipping	Paid by the customer, except for our errors or damaged arrivals
Original shipping cost	Not refunded, unless the return is our fault

What we cannot take back

• Installed products. Once a speaker, amplifier or subwoofer has been mounted, wired or powered in a vehicle, it is no longer resellable.
• Products damaged by installation. Burned voice coils, blown amplifiers from wrong impedance loads, cut wiring, drilled or trimmed baskets, and heat or water damage are not covered.
• Custom or special orders brought in specifically for you.
• Products missing parts — terminals, grilles, hardware, manuals or the manufacturer box.
• Returns without the original shipping box. A speaker packed in a random box does not survive the trip back, and we cannot resell what arrives damaged.

Damaged in transit or wrong item

If the box arrives crushed, the product is broken, or we sent something different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the product and the shipping box. We cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.

Manufacturer warranty

Some brands we carry offer their own warranty beyond this return window. That warranty is handled by the manufacturer under their terms, not by us. If a product fails after the 10-day window, contact us anyway and we will point you to the right place and help with the paperwork.

Refund method

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. If you paid with a card, it goes back to that card. If you used Affirm or Afterpay, the refund goes through them and they adjust your payment plan. We do not issue cash refunds or send money by other means.
